Breast Lifting / Reduction

Breast lifting or Breast Reduction can be achieved by many types of techniques and different types of scars might be needed to achieve ideal shape and volume and lifting.

As soon as you complete your first consultation you will have a plan set in place regarding which type of scars are needed for your specifically depending on the grade of ptosis (sagginess) and the nipple-areola repositioning.

Breast lifting can be combined with breast augmentation with implants or a special auto-prosthesis technique that Dr Dora uses your own breast tissue to enhance the volume of the breast in the upper pole and to create an internal “bra” like support to delay future ptosis. The results can also be enhanced with fat transfer for a more rich upper breast shape.
