Last Wednesday I had surgery with Dr. Dora for the Preserve treatment, and I wanted to share my experience because it has honestly been so positive.

I had been considering breast augmentation for quite some time, but I really did not like the idea of being out for weeks and dealing with a lot of pain and recovery. That is exactly why this treatment felt like such a great option for me.

Before the surgery, I first had a consultation and underwent several preventive examinations. These are checks that are not typically done in the Netherlands, so I really appreciated how thorough everything was. It made me feel very safe and confident knowing that everything was carefully assessed before moving forward.

On the day of the surgery, I was welcomed by a very kind nurse who made me feel comfortable right away. Even now, I can still reach out with questions, which I find incredibly reassuring. Dr. Dora also came by personally and was very warm and caring, which helped calm any nerves I still had.

The procedure itself was done under sedation, and honestly, everything went much better than I expected. I experienced very little pain afterward, which was something I had been worried about beforehand. The next day I already had a follow up check with the doctor, and I also have six additional follow up appointments scheduled to monitor everything closely. That level of aftercare really shows how dedicated the clinic is.

Overall, this has been a very positive experience at a great clinic with a caring and professional team. I would truly recommend this procedure to anyone considering breast augmentation but who does not want to deal with weeks of pain or a long recovery, especially compared to traditional methods where the chest muscle is significantly affected.

2 weeks post-op with Dr. Dora and I’m already very happy with the result.

She has a very precise eye for proportions — nothing feels overdone, everything looks balanced and intentional. Even at this early stage, the shape and projection look beautiful.

Recovery was well managed and clearly explained, which made the whole process feel calm and under control.

I stayed in the clinic for the first night, as I had a traditional breast augmentation and needed pain management. The assistance was excellent — they took care of me throughout the night and the following day.

In my case, it took about 3 days to feel okay to go out and work, but I avoided driving for the first week.

Highly recommended. If I ever decide to go bigger, I’d definitely return to Dr. Dora.

I can’t recommend Dr Dora enough. She performed my Motiva Preserve breast augmentation and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

This was my first ever surgery and my first time under anaesthesia, so I was absolutely terrified going into it. From the very beginning, Dr Dora was incredibly calm, kind, and reassuring. She never once made me feel rushed or pushed into a decision — everything was explained clearly, honestly, and in a way that made me feel fully informed and in control.
